Suarez and Evra saga must come to an end

Suarez's refusal to shake Evra's hand.
With onlooking United players
Suarez was banned for eight matches last season for racially abusing Manchester United's left back Patrice Evra and this sunday will be the first meeting at Anfield since the incident.

With the Hillsborough tribute this sunday there is not a better time for the two clubs to come together and finally reach peace despite their bitter rivalry. Sometimes there are more important things than football and this is one of them.

At the start of last seasons meeting, Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand before the game. Despite both clubs desire to win the match, the nonsense off the pitch should be forgotten and the players on either team should set good examples on how to be true professionals. The most important thing is to respect the families that lost their loved ones and the perfect way is for Saurez and Evra's rivalry to come to a halt.
